We purchased Ben for a possible future herd sire when he was just a baby. He was the most beautiful red and white spot. This last summer when he shed his foal coat we see that he is not as red as we would like him to be. In addition he is going to be taller than what we would like in a breeding jack. I asked Leah with the ADMS what color she thinks he is and she would still call him a red/white spotted with brown tones. He has a beautiful spotting pattern.  Whatever color he is he is beautiful and will make the perfect pet since he has now been gelded!  He still has some red spots in his coat and some are dark brown. He is a truly multicolored boy!
