2024 Foals

All spring babies have arrived... Several are offered on our for sale page... We are awaiting a few foals this fall as well.

Maybelline & I-C-Hot Ice

Maybelline - Update: Maybelline finally decided to have her baby a full month after we were positive she would go anytime because she was so bagged up. We are just happy that he is here and healthy. Munzo was born on 20. June 2024 and is our 10th little boy for the season. He is a sweet baby and resembles Maybelline's other little boys that she has had. Pictures to be added soon.

Surka & New Moon

Surka - Update: Surka gave birth to her first baby (Vitali) on 13. May 2024 out of New Moon. He is a nicely colored and cute little guy. We were super worried, that she may not allow for her baby to drink since she is very scared to have her back end touched. She obviously has had some very bad experiences (probably with a ferrier), and we have been working with her to show her that it is ok and that she will not be mistreated here. Luckily, our worries were unfounded and she accepted her baby to nurse. We are hoping that her baby will help her get over the reasons why she is so sensitive. She is such a sweet girl otherwise. Vitali is definitely full of life and we have to watch him closely because he wants t say hello even to the tractor that brings their hay. This little guy is offered on our for sale page.

Panda & Cash

Panda - Update: Panda gave birth to a little Red FSW boy (Mulito), a carbon copy of herself, out of Cash on 11. May 2024. He is simply adorable and is offered on our for sale page.

Persimmon & Firecracker

Persimmon - Update: Persimmon gave birth to her first baby on 29. April 2024 (Zoodle) out of Firecracker. Persimmon is a spoilt little girl that had a rough start herself. She wasn't sure if she should love or hate her baby. One moment she would lick him profusely, the next moment she would try and trample him. It took several hours of us being right there with her to protect her baby in her not so nice moments. Finally after 4 hours, she let him nurse. Then she finally decided she loved him and now takes good care of him. He is a cute little gray guy.

Guava & Benicio

Guava - Update: Guava gave birth to her first baby on 16. April 2024 (Chilito) out of Benicio. He is a cute little guy that is so huggable. He was the last of three boys born on April 16th! Being a first time mom, it took a little while for her to adjust to her mothering role.

Kimi & Firecracker

Kimi- Update: Kimi gave birth to the second little boy (Kimoto) in less than 4 hours. He was born on 16. April 2024 out of Firecracker. He is as cute as a button.

Joey & Tomahawk

Joey- Update: Joey gave birth to the first little boy (Tullio) born in less than 4 hours. He was born on 16. April 2024 out of Firecracker and is a beautiful baby! Super friendly, too. This was Joey's last foal and is offered to a retirement home only with Patty, her best friend. Tullio is also for sale and can be seen on our for sale page.

Kelly & New Moon

Kelly - Update: Kelly gave birth to a cute, very outgoing, very dark brown/black boy (Gatoni) on 3. April, 2024 out of New Moon. This little guy demands attention. This was Kelly's last foal and she is offered to a retirement home only on our for sale page. Gatoni is also offered for sale.

Baklava & Tomahawk

Baklava - Update: Baklava gave birth to a cute little dark girl (Sumatra) on 31. March 2024 out of Tomahawk. We will be keeping this little girl.

Tamiami & Firecracker

Tamiami - Update: Tamiami had her first girl (Kosumi) on 30. March 2024, out of Firecracker. This baby is special to us since she is the 4th generation of her line on our farm and Tamiami only has had boys before. Therefore, we will be keeping her. It looks like she has the wooly gene with her floppy mane.

Prairie Fire & Benicio

Prairie Fire - Update: Prairie Fire, gave birth to the cutest little red girl (Tamale) on 28. March 2024 out of Benicio. We will be keeping her since she is the last jenny foal out of Benicio. She has a cute small head and beautiful eyes.

Harli and I-C-Hot Ice

Harli - Update: Harli, as always, gave birth to the cutest little girl (Helaku) on 24. March 2024 out of I-C-Hot Ice. She is a red based FSW and she is beautiful like all of Harli's foals. She is our daughter's donkey and she will likely be keeping her.

Tickled Pink & Cash

Tickled Pink - Update: Tickled Pink gave birth to a beautiful, very outgoing red FSW boy (Sirocco) on 23. March 2024 out of Cash. Tickled Pink is going to be retired and will be sold to a retirement home only. Both are offered on our for sale page.

Patty & Tomahawk

Patty - Update: Patty gave birth to a beautiful spotted boy (Ranchero) on 13. March 2024 out of Tomahawk. He is a signature Tomahawk baby. Pictures to be added soon. This is Patty's last baby and she will be sold into retirement only along with her best friend Joey. We are probably keeping her boy.
